The practice

Yoga nidra sessions are guided at the boundary between waking and sleep. The teacher uses the iRest protocol — one of the most clinically validated nidra approaches — to systematically bring the nervous system into deep restoration.

Sessions run twice daily. The morning practice opens the body and builds heat; the evening session completes the arc. The sequence across the week is deliberate — not the same class repeated seven times.

Setting and logistics

Maximum 8 guests per programme, which is small enough to guarantee individual teacher attention and large enough to support genuine group dynamics.

This programme is designed exclusively for women. The container that creates changes how teachers communicate, how the group forms, and how much space is available for honest practice.

Pricing includes accommodation and all meals for the full programme duration. Transfer costs from the nearest international airport are not included — budget accordingly.
